Sadly, service has gone so downhill that we will not be coming back. Our family has been to brunch here so often that our kids grew up with Ball Sq cafe as their go to for brunch. Price has gone up but food is still great. However, on the latest visit 2 out of 5 orders were mistaken (wrong egg style/missing sides) that we had to wait for a long time to correct. No butter on the table. No one refills our water and coffee or checks on us until we had to flag a person. Same with...
