I really want to know what the hiring manager thinks every time he hires someone who knows not 1 lick of English in an area like Cambridge.I try to be patient every time I come here but I shouldn’t have to compromise with a messed up order because the employee couldn’t understand the difference between sour cream & corn. Now I have to eat a burrito filled with corn I didn’t ask for…Also, that Haitian guy is rude. AND WHY IS EVERY EMPLOYEE ELDERLY?Best,My burrito is falling apart. ?✌?

went in for a quick bite before class, got there the older lady said “what” i told her i wanted a burrito and after choosing about 4 things she said “no that’s it” and looked at me so rudely. young boy at the front checking me out said “got a burrito” and processed the payment. Didn’t put my food in a bag or nothing. Couldn’t even hand me the food. All looked like they hated being there in general not to mention as i walked in they were yelling at each other. Situation felt awkward in general. Wouldn’t come back.

Five people working but only one person setting all the orders… one person trying to do everyone else’s job… instead of just excepting the help of others…store was clean but there were very long wait times… as good as the food smelled I couldn’t wait for turn… just too many orders and no organization of how to run a kitchen… Just looks like one person running around with their head cut off screaming and yelling at everyone… just wasn’t what I was expecting…

Terrible. Ordered a quesadilla with chips online. They handed memy quesadilla and told me they ran out of chips. Thank god I checked the bag when i got to my car and didn’t drive home because all that was in the bag was a single tortilla with no meat no cheese. Nothing but a tortilla. Their excuse was “they ran out of meat and cheese” but failed to tell me all that was in the bag was a single tortilla. Never Again.

This location is by far the absolute worst location in the greater Boston area. It’s unfortunately the easiest one to get to given my location and to say almost every experience here has been a poop one is an understatement. Very rarely has my order ever been right. That’s not to mention the numerous times there’s been ingredients missing, only being informed mid order. Speaking of which, it’s also frustrating to learn halfway through the order that it’s cash only and I have no choice but to abandon the order. The staff doesn’t seem to care either. One time I had someone who was cleaning the counters and was throwing the trash and dirt directly towards me as I was at the register. I understand how many may view someone having one bad experience and answering with a negative review as petty, but this is a reoccurring issue that hasn’t gotten better.
I don’t know what is wrong with the Chipotle here or the workers. I ordered via DOORDASH a Quesadilla since it is an online only option and I had good experience with it with other Chipotles. The DOORDASH itself was fine and no issues was the delivery. But upon opening the box I was shocked the see the quality of my food. The cheese isn’t even melted, the slapped 2 small flour tortilla together and called it a day. The whole thing is missing the salsa I ordered and they just left it empty. No fajitas even when I choose it. If things were out they could’ve at least contacted me about substitution. This is by far the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had at Chipotle. The workers clearly don’t care at all.

The worst chipotle that i have ever encountered. Everytime i order food this store they are always missing with some items. Sometimes it’s sauce sometimes it’s something else. But how dumb you have to be when someone orders online and ask for utensils and they never add it. This might be fifth time and i am pretty much done with this store. The owner should do something about it.

Great location but consistently the worst chipotle in the city.Don't order online, in the two years I've lived here they have never gotten an online order entirely correct.Especially recently they have over-stuffed and mangled every single burrito roll that I have witnessed. Across many different employees, not a single one of them knows how to roll a burrito. Or Cares. They will stare you in the eyes and put a leaking half rolled burrito in your bag.My wife and I have switched to only getting Bowls and if we want burritos or tacos I buy tortillas for myself.

Went here on Sunday before 8PM and they were out of guacamole AND lettuce. When I asked if they were making any more guacamole (since they were still going to be open for another few hours) and he said, “If I have time to make it, I will.” The woman at the register also charged me $4 for extra chicken when I got a veggie burrito bowl with no meat or guac. If you’re going to be open late, order enough product to last. Employees attitudes were not the most pleasant either. Probably won’t be going back.
