went in for a quick bite before class, got there the older lady said “what” i told her i wanted a burrito and after choosing about 4 things she said “no that’s it” and looked at me so rudely. young boy at the front checking me out said “got a burrito” and processed the payment. Didn’t put my food in a bag or nothing. Couldn’t even hand me the food. All looked like they hated being there in general not to mention as i walked in they were yelling at each other....read full review
Five people working but only one person setting all the orders… one person trying to do everyone else’s job… instead of just excepting the help of others…store was clean but there were very long wait times… as good as the food smelled I couldn’t wait for turn… just too many orders and no organization of how to run a kitchen… Just looks like one person running around with their head cut off screaming and yelling at everyone… just wasn’t what I was expecting…

I really want to know what the hiring manager thinks every time he hires someone who knows not 1 lick of English in an area like Cambridge.I try to be patient every time I come here but I shouldn’t have to compromise with a messed up order because the employee couldn’t understand the difference between sour cream & corn.
