The food is good but not consistent. I came in today and ordered 3 plates, I called in ahead of time and they were ready shortly after I arrived. I had 2 paper bags full of food a liter of soda and the rep gave me a bag for my soda but refused to give me a bag for my other food. I asked why and he didn't answer, I stated I would pay for it and he said no. His coworker chuckled and said he'll give it to you and he did not. Very weird interaction.

I’ve been coming to Highland Haitian Cuisine since I was a kid and I’m almost 40 years young. Their food has always been great. I love the new renovations they’ve done with the place.
