Alan, you were wonderful to work with during the planning process- providing options and tending to all the details. The food was AMAZING! Delicious and a great variety. The day of the event, it was such a relief to have you there- catering to our 75 guests. Tried it while in the area based on Yelp reviews. Got the springs rolls and pan fried dumplings as appetizers. The spring rolls were okay not great. The pan fried dumplings were really good. for entrees we got the Vegetarian Delight, the Basil Chicken with eggplant in Garlic sauce, and Chicken in black bean sauce.
