Thank you to Chef Jon for allowing us to pick up a package of frozen dumplings during our visit to Artifact on Memorial Day. Cooked them up tonight and they were delicious, as was the edamame salad!!

Mimi’s Chūka Diner is a fantastic and cozy restaurant built into the back of a brewery. The food is amazing and delicious, with many satisfying meals. Highlights include the crispy and delicious pork and cabbage gyoza, the perfect and deeply flavorful cucumber salad, the Ebi with a side of white rice, and the utsunomiya gyoza. A nod is also given to the perfect fries. The crew is super friendly and nice, and the unpretentious location is not huge. It is a delightful place with nothing quite like it in the area, and many customers plan to return.
