No need to write another awful review the others said everything I need to say. Horrible customer service! Would give zero stars if I could. When we ordered online it said 35 mins, no update on the tracker, we waited an hour before calling, we're on hold for 45 mins. The manager spoke 3 words to us, said let me check & didn't come back, just hung up. When pizza did finally come 2 hours after it was ordered, it was ice cold & still no update on the tracker so we had no clue it even arrived. We love a good papa John's but please for your own sanity go to a different location.

They need to make a lot of improvements. We ordered and they did not arrive for over 2 hours. Food was cold. They left us on hold and did not answer. They marked delivered after 40 minutes probably to boost some metric. I think this specific location is very poorly managed because this has been a recurring problem. Im not one to leave reviews but this was incredibly bad.

The pizza was definitely not cooked. What I mean is that they sent whole dough, not undercooked dough. Only the edges were cooked, the rest was garbage. I am adding
Order came out as expected. Made it pretty fast. Haven't had papa John's in a while but it's great to see the taste is the same even in a different state.

Placed an order for 2 pizzas. Called after 90 min. Store stated that the pizza wasn't even made. That it would take an extra 30 min plus whatever time it would require to deliver. I contacted complaint department, and they can't do anything just call the store...nothing to compensate the lack of service. So I get 2 pizzas extra late . I could have probably ordered anywhere else and got the pizzas sooner. Next time I'll purchase frozen pizzas.
