Lots of bad reviews. Our experience wasnt that bad, we got scared by the bad reviews and complete lack of communication and the absence of customer service and tracking, but pizza was fine and delivered in around 90 minutes.
Ordered a pizza half mushroom/ham and all bacon. Order was incorrect with the whole pizza getting all toppings (different dietary restrictions).When I attempted to call in I waited on hold for over 20 minutes for a manager while returning to store to get it corrected. I was told no manager was on site and it was supposed to go to voicemail instead.
