I have been ordering from Primo’s for years. The pizza is always excellent and there service has always been friendly and nice. In fact one time while eating there the owner put a quarter in my meter so I wouldn’t get a ticket. Restaurants run promotions to bring in new business in the hopes the customers will spend more money later. It is called a loss leader.
