My husband and I had reservations for 5:45 on NYE. It was incredibly busy in a “mostly controlled chaos” restaurant way. We were greeted warmly by the hostesses and told it might be a few extra minutes. We were seated 5 minutes later. Within minutes of sitting down we had bread, butter and drinks. No one came to our table the first time, not even to offer us water, and we were sitting in front of the hostess. I had to ask someone, who was our waiter. After that the Captain came, apologized and offered us a free appetizer. Once our waiter appeared he was amazing. Food was good as expected.

Out server matt was AMAZING and food was great but when we first got there we had a horrible experience right away from a women named Tanya.. she was SO rude to us we almost left and if it wasnt thanksgiving and reservations weren’t full everywhere We would have left. Awful attitude for a place where you spend so much money.
