I understand that servers have to deal with lots of people from lots of different places. The employees of the store must really be very patient with some of the people coming off cruise ships. The atmosphere is not a healthy one here because the homeless come off the street and they beg for food. One gentleman kept coming in and screaming about the poor service he received, and it appears that he was an EDP and the young server handled him professionally and kept the day moving...
Nav from King George NJ is running a tight ship. Not only was the store clean, but they were fast and courteous. I messed up my order (my fault) and he remade it for me and didn't even charge. Top notch customer service. Definitely went the extra mile.
Customer service and food you could actually eat. I purchased these breakfast tacos and I couldn't eat them. They smelled of bleach and smelled like a rotten rag. Dunkin's solution was to ignore it for 2 weeks and then finally they told me they were going to send me a gift card for the money I spent on it. I spent over seven the time to get there and the fact that I had no lunch they sent me a gift card for $5. what a joke duncans you should be embarrassed you really...
