Got my order and as soon as I arrived at my work, I noticed that they forgot to give me some itens. Call them back and ask for a refund since I cant get off of work for another 10 hours now. The excuse was that "they are too busy on Saturdays " even tho on the website shows that "not too busy at this time"! Anyways, quality on customer service is definitely worsening“

“Excellent customer service. It’s so easy to expect unhappy employees during these difficult times, but this is never the case here. Always friendly, smiling, genuinely happy. I ordered a burrito for my children forgetting 1 does not enjoy tomato’s. I came back in to order something more simple and the lovely employee gave me scrambled eggs and bacon in a to go bowl, complimentary. She didn’t have to do that. It was my error. So much appreciated. The food is fresh with flavor, and that’s hard to come by when ordering “quick” bites. Cheers“
