“I grabbed myself the egg burrito. It has rice, beans, scrambled eggs and mozzarella cheese served with home fries. The burrito was astounding. Every aspect of the breakfast burrito was great. The restaurant itself was clean and pretty large. The server was extremely nice and very accommodating. Pricing was very fair and they have a display case of dessert's and empanadas if you'd like to take them home. Coffee was great no complaints. If I could have this burrito every day for breakfast I would. I highly recommend.“

It was a pleasure to tip the responsive and friendly staff member, who shifted from English to Portugués to Español without hesitation. Try it … or buy a $7 cortado somewhere else!“

“What can I say, Kayak is the best! My husband and I gave 3-packs of cookies as our Covid "wedding" (aka small dinner celebration) favor in October, and they were absolutely delicious. Our guests raved about them and it truly was a three-way tie for the favorite, between oatmeal raisin, peanut butter + chocolate, and chocolate chunk. I still can't choose which one I like best! “I ordered a cake from this place for my husband’s 40th birthday. We ordered the carrot cake. It is amazing! Being from out of town I was taking a chance just picking a bakery. The carrot cake was incredibly light and fluffy and the cream cheese icing wasn’t overly sweet, just right. Great find!“

“The sfogliatelle are the best! The flakiest shell pastry with not too sweet ricotta citron filling. But they're only available Fridays and Saturdays because they take 3 Days to make! Cannolis filled to order with pistachio nuts are divine.“

“Website says that staff are required to wear masks, no one was wearing. It took about 7 min just to start getting my order. Got my order and as soon as I arrived at my work, I noticed that they forgot to give me some itens. Call them back and ask for a refund since I cant get off of work for another 10 hours now. The excuse was that "they are too busy on Saturdays " even tho on the website shows that "not too busy at this time"! Anyways, quality on customer service is definitely worsening“

“Today I went to the Merc at 2:55pm and they close at 3pm, I knew I was taking a chance. The staff was closing up but very politely pointed me towards the grab and go case which was still full of options. I love their ham and cheese croissants, I asked if they had any and one young man stopped cashing out the drawer and went back to look for me. There were none in the back but two in the case that were day old, I was so excited. I brought them home and heated them up. Delicious. “Excellent customer service. It’s so easy to expect unhappy employees during these difficult times, but this is never the case here. Always friendly, smiling, genuinely happy. I ordered a burrito for my children forgetting 1 does not enjoy tomato’s. I came back in to order something more simple and the lovely employee gave me scrambled eggs and bacon in a to go bowl, complimentary. She didn’t have to do that. It was my error. So much appreciated. The food is fresh with flavor, and that’s hard to come by when ordering “quick” bites. Cheers“
