“Can’t get enough of this place. Not only the variety of yummy bagels. The ice coffee is great when served with frozen ice coffee cubes. Doesn’t dilute your morning coffee. If you’re not a bagel person you must try their gigantic muffins. I jut live live live the blueberry!“
“I have gone once every few months to buy a dozen. My wife and I eat one each then we freeze them for next week. (paper bag with two plastic bags). Go early in the am when they're fresh. The toppings are generous...both sides unlike most places. The bagels remind me of NYC but less bulky. It's a very special place and the best I know of in the Boston area. This is what a bagel should be like.“
“Great little hole in the wall. Grab and go kinda spot, dont expect to sit down for full service or anything. Breakfast sandwich cant go wrong, also honey buns + donuts are on point! If you get a muffin ask for it grilled! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥(Also FYI to anybody giving a low rating cause its cash only, whatre you 12? How do you as an adult not always have a little cash on hand? Crazy folks!)“

“Well I usually love Honey Dew but tonight I got a decaf hot coffee even though I asked for a Mocha Madness decaf. I even said it twice. I even had to wait longer at the window. Not many customers at 545 pm. Very disappointed ! I dew Love Honey Dew.“

New York Bagel Factory is absolutely incredible. 🙌
I’ve brought coworkers there, and they’re hooked—especially on the everything bagels (I’ll often grab one as a treat and bring it to them—always a hit!). I’ve ordered bagel packages, their cream cheeses, breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches—you name it—and everything is so, so good.
On top of that, the staff is super friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. Honestly, it’s well worth the drive, and I’ll keep coming back! 🥯✨“
