I drove through the drive-thru window he handed me my stuff then he shut the window very abruptly
then I realized I did not have my whole order I set there until he came back through the window
hey open the window and said you can move on I informed him that he did not give me my whole order it wasn't even a busy time of day but I will make sure that I don't drive over there to go and get anything from that Dunkin donuts there are others Dunkin donut places that are better
The 397 College Hwy, Southwick, MA location is particularly incompetent and can’t even figure out how to use their own POS systems. With the recent roll out of the plant based Beyond Sandwich, they somehow cant figure out how to fulfill your order WITHOUT the egg and cheese and claim they have to charge you for the full sandwich price. Of the dozen or so other locations in CT, MA, VT and NH I’ve visited since the product’s release, they’ve all been able to figure it out....read full review

Dunkin offers good food at cheap prices, with decent bagels. The menu has been limited over the years. Dunkin has a great variety of tasty and fresh options, but Krispy Kreme's freshly glazed donuts are unbeatable. The new caramel mocha cold brew with cold foam topping is a must-try, especially with the crispy pieces added on. Dunkin's coffee is a highlight. Great for a quick and inexpensive bite.
