The bagels are top-notch, easily the best in Springfield for both taste and affordability. There are SO many varieties of bagels, spreads, sandwiches, wraps, etc. to choose from. I've had everything from a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich to a bagel with cream cheese spread and the quality is excellent across the board.But what I'm really here to write about is the staff.
