This Dunkin' sucks I always have to go to the one across the street because the workers in here are lazy. I asked them to remake a coffee because whoever made my coffee put a bunch of syrup inside tasted like muck...they just topped it off with more coffee. Terrible they should shut Thai one down.

Ordered on DoorDash the food was cold and stale, they put the muffin on the bottom of the bag it got all crushed plus the muffin tasted really old and inedible, they also never give me my donuts.

I have more good days than bad. They always make my coffee good but some of the staff seems to hate working there. Never had a problem with the drive through window but I can hear snarky remarks from certain female employees or on the telecom where it sounds like they're not in a patient mood. It doesn't stop me from getting my coffee because its still good lol. I just hope those staff members find more peace and possibly new job that they will enjoy instead of being miserable.

Is Oct 18, 2023 I will never shop at this location. It's 4pm and I couldn't even ask for anything because this girl spoke to me with an attitude and a lack of respect. she shouldn't be working there seven fire her if they want to keep her clients. horrible service.
I think this location and the one on Belmont are in competition for the worst service. Every time I go here in the afternoon or evening, they're conveniently out of whatever I want to order.. and they're rude about it. It's a good reflection of the neighborhood and the incompetence that comes from it. Miracles can happen in 2023.. just not here. Keep up the bad work millennials and gen z.. get that participation pay.. your work ethic is trash.

Don't go here. I was in the drive-through lane for 15 minutes. With no service. One car was behind me the other in front. The front moved, and i decided to stay because I'd already been there awhile. I finally said hello to the speaker, and she said she was busy. Waited a bit, and still nothing. It's like this every time i go there.

Ordered mini bagels at 5:46am to eat on the way to clinical. 8 minutes into my drive on the highway I went to take a bagel bite and bite into it and it was cold and the bottom was soggy. I was already well into my drive to turn back so I called twice and no one picked up! Very disappointed because these two little bagel bites are expensive!

Last Months I Purchase Herbs ? from a Man Called Dr Oliha and I started to use the medication he send to me. He said that I will used the medication for 2weeks that I will get cured.
