Ordered on Mobil app and still had to wait 15 minutes for my sandwich which wasn't even hot when I did finally get it. They had so many people working but still couldn't get anything done in a timely manner
I really love coming this Dunkin! The staff are very nice and very respectful. I notice people complain about the wait time but, the food always comes out fresh, the coffee is fresh and hot. They also play music while we wait for our meals. Also gives the staff to enjoy their work so that’s really cool to see. Shout out to all the staff ! Thank you for giving us good experience visiting at your Dunkin.
I ordered a donut with other things and they didn’t give me my donut they gave me a snacking bacon with so little portions which was 3 dollars as well as the drink I ordered was bitter as I asked sugar in it which didn’t even taste sweet.
