“I’ve only been here for breakfast. The woman who delivers to my table is quick, efficient, and friendly. 🍳🥞🧇☕️I never caught her name - a kind, gentle Hispanic woman who would always deliver my tray at the far corner. Please consider giving her an extra tip, and to corporate, a raise, because this is what service truly looks like.
Note: My rating reflects the breakfast times.
It’s peaceful, freshly cleaned in the morning. 🧼🧹 There are some characters as usual but it’s a clean location with clean restrooms. 🚻
During other hours, I can’t say this is the best place to be… but it’s one of the better McD’s in the area compared to others downtown!“
“Just went through the drive through and it was fast and simple. The girls at the window were polite and double checked my order before handing it to me. Greatly appreciated as sometimes I get the wrong drink at other locations. Keep up the good work!“
“Awful... The woman at the register clearly did not speak English and could not understand us. I asked for a number 5, which is a 10 piece nugget meal, and somehow got a double quarter pounder meal with no drink. I tried to ask if ice cream was available, because I wanted a flurry, and she just kept staring at me dumbfounded before finally putting in an order for a small vanilla cone on her own without me asking for it. I should have listened to my nephew and went through the drive through but I always have bad experiences with that too and it probably would have ended up worse.
-- In a nutshell --
Went for just a chicken nugget meal for my nephew and left with two $15 meals and a $2 scoop of ice cream.. Don't get me started on the prices these days...“
“Just stopped by this location with my boys after a hot day at Six Flags. Ordered online to pick up at the counter and I have to say this was probably the best service I ever got at a McDonald’s . Matthew made sure we got everything corrected and that was VERY welcoming and polite. I believe he is one of the managers. Food was also very good ! But the service definitely impressed as unfortunately it doesn’t happen often at fast food places. Thanks Matthew !!!“
“I came here after my surgery and couldn’t walk well. I had to use the bathroom and didn’t know they had to unlock the door from behind the counter. Literally everyone in the restaurant was so nice and could tell I was having a hard time moving and got the help for me. Most of them didn’t speak English and still were very sweet. Just goes to show kindness in the world!!“
“We stopped here for food and a bathroom break. The woman behind the counter was so incredibly nice to my daughter and I. Drive thru was busy (typical of most mc Donald's) but inside wasn't too bad. It was clean and again the woman behind the counter was so nice.“
“Cashier was young but very polite ,she was happy and was able to answer my question about the meal I ordered. You don't want to go inside a store or anywhere and see that the workers are miserable..my food was fresh and I did not have to wait 20 minutes for it . I am very satisfied.“
“Every time I go to this location I look forward to Joseph or Asha to take my order!!!Both are always so pleasant and polite.Always greet me with a smile.I do hope the company gives them respect and recognition because they both deserve it!!!“
“Everyone knows about McDonald’s, but have you ever heard the story of how Ray Kroc stole the brand from the McDonald brothers—and why McDonald’s is one of the biggest real estate companies in the world?
The McDonald brothers, Richard and Maurice, created a revolutionary fast-food system in San Bernardino, California, in the 1940s. Their efficient “Speedee Service System” turned out burgers, fries, and shakes faster than anyone imagined. Enter Ray Kroc, a milkshake machine salesman who saw their concept and dreamed of nationwide expansion. Kroc struck a deal to franchise their idea, but the brothers, wary of overreach, kept control of their original location.
Kroc, however, had other plans. Frustrated by the brothers’ cautious approach, he opened his own company, McDonald’s Corporation, and eventually bought them out for $2.7 million in 1961. But here’s the kicker: the McDonald brothers didn’t own the land under their flagship restaurant. Kroc refused to give them royalties and built a rival McDonald’s across the street, forcing them out of business.
Today, Kroc’s vision thrives not just on selling burgers but on owning prime real estate globally. McDonald’s rents its locations to franchisees, making it a massive real estate empire disguised as a fast-food chain—an ironic twist to a tale of ambition, betrayal, and unparalleled success.“
