McDonald's in Chicopee

“At the drive through, a worker named Angelie kindly helped me when I was having trouble with the McDonald’s app. She was so sweet and patient, taking the time to walk me through everything without rushing me. Every time I come she always makes me feel really welcomed and her friendly attitude consistently makes the experience pleasant and easy.“

“Son had the urge for some McDonald's breakfast.
We went with the $5 Big breakfast with hotcakes.
The pancakes were soft and not dry.
The sausage was salty and juicy but not too salty.
The eggs were okay along with the biscuit.
The hash brown was good.
the real completely unexpected star that really made it go from good or decent meal to amazing was the Hunter sauce and demon sauce!!
I believe it's typically recommended for lunch items, but we wanted to just give it a try.
The hunter sauce is honestly the sweet and sour sauce that we've all always wanted from McDonald's actual flavor a little bit more of a kick.
The demon sauce which I assumed that it's going to be sweet and kind of gross, but in fact it is the opposite. It is savory and kind of has these garlicky touches to it.
It really elevated the dish.
The environment was clean and the service was good and they were kind which is always a plus.“

“New person that is working the window Monday through Wed that I sometimes pick up breakfast after work from right around opening time, is the complete opposite shade of how this mcdonalds has been running for 2 years now. Extremely quick, polite, and overall a good change for this local McDonald’s👍“

“My grandsons favorite McDonald's, it has a play place were he makes friends with other kids. I love this McDonald's they are always friendly attentive, exact, and accurate. Always clean and their food is always Hot. All the crew members are super friendly and caring even when taking a food order from a kid.“
