Heard a lot of good things about Red Rose Pizzeria and it was all true. The pizza was delicious! The entire pizza crust remained crispy and the toppings were tasty. Service was good and it was worth what we paid.
The pizza was good. Solid pizza you can't go wrong. The eggplant Parm was the best I've had in over 15 years. Not undercooked or over cooked. Not greasy. The sauce is a little sweet but there's not too much of it. The mozzarella is good and just the right amount. Thin sliced, no hint of bitterness.
Whenever I return home to Western Mass. we have to go to Red Rose. What a joy and comfort that this place always meets our expectations. In town for my Dad's Memorial, we went for an early celebration dinner after the service on a Friday. and everything was wonderful. Service was so sweet, but the food was as great as ever. Wonderful pasta dishes. The meatball grinder was spectacular. We absolutely love this place.
