“I used to go here years ago for lunch all the time, haven't been in for a visit in many years. Stopped in June of 2025, WOW! Waitress provided FAST, POLITE and GREAT service. FOOD WAS AMAZING! Had a blueberry pancake, Iced tea, Eggs, Bacon, Home Fries and Rye toast. Large portions, GREAT TASTE, EXCELLENT prices! I will definitely visit more.“

“We stayed the night in this hotel and decided to eat in the restaurant. Sandy was our waiter and she was super friendly. Best gluten free chicken tenders and fries I’ve ever had!!! Can’t wait to come back to this restaurant when we next stay here. I’ve also heard the flourless chocolate cake is really good too but I was too full from the chicken tenders unfortunately.“

“Great neighborhood bar, with a new and improved kitchen! Broasted wings are not to be missed. New renovations look great. Plenty of huge screen TV's, impressive sound system, and welcoming neighborhood feel. Excited to see what's next with the new owners taking charge.“

“I would say 90% of the time we have good service and good food ever really dine in however I did take my son and his girlfriend out to eat last week and we enjoyed having a Pepsi dirty soda and I had the oriental salad which is always good and the kids seem to enjoy their food as well“

“View Street hosted the St Joan of Arc 8th Grade graduation and it was wonderful! Food was great! We were able to set up early and the kids even got to create a playlist so they could listen to some music. Super thankful for them hosting us. Thank you again.“

“We had our wedding reception at Shortstop's banquet room this past weekend. The food was incredible and Monica and her staff were the best. I had many guests come to me complimenting the food, staff and owner/chef Monica. It was a day I'll remember even more so thanks to this great venue. I highly recommend Shortstop for any special event.“

“If you're looking for a spacious, welcoming spot to hang out with friends, this bar is the place to be! With plenty of room both inside and outside, it’s perfect for any kind of gathering, whether you're looking to relax indoors or enjoy some fresh air. The highlight of the menu definitely has to be their wings. The fries are also top-notch, perfectly crispy . The atmosphere is lively yet laid-back, making it a great place to unwind. Definitely worth a visit!“
