I dont know why every time I walk in there I start sweating. The management needs to do something about it. I see the two people at night sweating running around. I feel for them. I know im avoiding that place until winter!
I've only been going to this Dunkin because it's the closest one to my apartment, but at this point I'm done. Getting an order right seems to be hit or miss. Half the time the order is wrong, and even when they do get it right, the coffee is often barely warm. I've also seen drinks left sitting open on the counter while staff move on to other orders, which probably explains why the coffee is so often cold by the time it's handed out. Unfortunately, this Dunkin has declined in quality. I live nearby, so it’s my “home” Dunkin, but in recent years, they’ve started being out of most options that are not strictly breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Unless you’re going the day they restock, they’re often out of all refreshers and several kinds of baked goods. They also seem very understaffed for the morning rush. I hope management can step up to make this Dunks run smoothly.

Dunkin' offers consistently average experiences with quick service and decent coffee. The donuts are satisfying for a sweet treat. The location is very clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. One customer enjoyed a blue raspberry coolatta with whipped cream. While not extraordinary, Dunkin' is a reliable choice for a quick snack.
