Always on point for me 😁
We were heading to Mass Eye and Ear Tues. before last, stopped in to the Stoneham D+D around 9:45, for a quick sandwich and coffee. Service was efficient and received ething in a reasonable time. To the very impatient woman that came in shortly after (spouting off about being late for work) and others like her. Just my hunch. It seems to me employees are swamped at times, maybe because of huge traffic count on street and right off Interstate Route 93. Seemed to lack that owner/manager helping-out-presence that makes a coffee shop work nicely. This is just my inference.

Dunkin' offers consistently average experiences with quick service and decent coffee. The donuts are satisfying for a sweet treat. The location is very clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. One customer enjoyed a blue raspberry coolatta with whipped cream. While not extraordinary, Dunkin' is a reliable choice for a quick snack.
