Got the manager taking orders repeated it twice as she just couldn't understand the word cream.. u want cream yes cream .. cream yes cream okay .. what did I get .. milk and went in to have it corrected and guess who was taking orders and making the coffee .. the manager! Can't blame the employees this came right from the top. Hang it up in this location people come for the drive thru.. not the service !
Horrible service for years now. Only ownership/management can be to blame. They should lose their franchise license.
