I've been to Evviva Trattoria a few times and it's always been Great! We went for brunch the weekend before Easter and it was Delicious! They don't usually do brunch, but they did 2 weekends before Easter and they're thinking of doing it for Mother's Day. They needed to advise it better because no one knew about it. This new style Italian restaurant offers some familiar classic cuisine and some interesting novel dishes.The ambiance is contemporary, more like a high end diner than a fine eatery - a local Trattoria.At this writing they have been open a little over a year. Excellent GF choices! My husband loves the chicken parm. I am not GF and enjoy everything - the fried eggplant is perfectly thin and crisp. My preference is to have them place on a separate plat so it doesn't get soggy in the pesto sauce they place at the base of the plate.
