I have been going to this amazing establishment for a couple of years now. I live in Town and always get our family food needs every weekend. Phenomenal food, staff, and customer service. Best Butcher around! Happy New Year!
Found this gem today. I'm a traveling chef and I'm always looking for an old school throwback every time we move to a new town. I walked in today and was met by Ryan. The dude really knows his stuff and he sold me on these gorgeous ribeyes and prosciutto wrapped asparagus made in the house. Absolutely amazing cuts of meat. I can see myself spending a lot of money and a lot of time in there over the next few weeks while we are in town. I would highly recommend this place to anybody...read full review
