“I was having worst day ever. Feeling in crisis mode ? while going through the drive-thru of my everyday favorite Dunks. When I reached the pick up window for my order, is when I met a Angel named Karen. She used few words and yet was able to show me comfort kindness and compassion during my difficult time.Karen was not my regular cashier, which made the experience more personal ??Ty Dunks for making great coffee every time and having employees that can share happiness with a smile.Blessings to Karen ?
Parking: The drive-thru line looks long and then it magically moves efficiently ?“
“First time I’ve been to a Dunkin’ that didn’t have almond or soy milk. I’m lactose intolerant and don’t like it black. I won’t stop there again but I’m sure for most it’s 5 stars. If you’re lactose intolerant I’d stop at the one near Target instead though.“
“The staff has been great during the morning commute. Lots of hustle and a friendly attitude. We get in and out in at least half the time it would take the full shop across the street. Otherwise, everything else about the shop is typical Dunk.“
“This is a smaller dunks, (inside an another store) type. First time here I believe. Around 2:40pm, got pretty busy. There was only 1 person working. (Jeff) And this kid deserves a raise! He did such a wonderful job getting to every customer in a timely manner. On top of which, he was so incredibly polite and kind. Did not seem to be stressed at all. I commend this guy. Thank you for such a pleasant experience Jeff.“
