What he came up with for us was the most perfect, decadent Fall meal.- Field greens, glazed pecans, roasted butternut salad with maple dressing-Acorn squash stuffed with quinoa, basmati rice, cranberries, chili dusted sweet potatoes and and chickpeas- Shallot-scented green beans and perfectly roasted potatoesMy wife was raving and saying "oh my gosh" after every bite. I really haven't heard her gush that much about food in a long time.These caterers really live up to their name (A Perfect Taste)!!!“
