My favorite restaurant. The only place that I'll go for maki. This is my birthday spot. The rice is made perfectly. The flavor profiles are exceptional. The food quality is top notch. The service is ultra professional. And the atmosphere is cozy and beautiful. And also, the entrees and salads are A+. The homemade ginger dressing is something I buy to take home with me.
***update years later*** sadly portions have gone way down, and prices are way up. Won’t be coming back. So sad!

I don't eat any seafood. But the veggie roll is delicious and the hibachi filet is worth every penny. I once order the filet mignon from kaizen and the next day from baba. And kaizen blew them away. Best steak in sturbridge hands down
