Staff is rude and disrespectful. I will not be returning and I would not recommend to anyone.

Ordinary decor for a coffee house... Usually pretty busy when we're there. Coffee is good, not great. Muffins scones o k.

Horrible experience that ruined a date night out.

No prices were listed on the menu, everything is ASTRONOMICALLY overpriced, and the food quality was horrible.

The martinis were disgusting and tasted like we were drinking straight vodka and rubbing alcohol. The baked goods tasted like and looked like they were days old, I say this because we got a peppermint Swiss roll that the cake part was completely dried up, and the candy cane pieces on the top of the frosting had partially dissolved, which I know only happens after a few days.

At the end we were appalled when we got a $40 bill for a martini and a Swiss roll, and when we questioned the prices and said we weren’t happy the manager wouldn’t do anything for us.

Will absolutely never be going back.

Cute spot, right off the highway in route 20. Clearly, a local favorite as the place was warm and bustling.

Parking: Plenty of parking right on the left when you pull in

Food was okay, no alcoholic drinks before 11 on Sunday’s so don’t go for a mimosa or Bloody Mary before 11. Was a cute place.

Excellent place to get coffee and lunch. They have gluten-free options, including bread for sandwiches, desserts, and muffins. The staff was super friendly, and the wait was surprisingly quick. They also have high chairs for the kids, and different seating areas to meet your needs. They also have a full bar, but we didn't partake. I had the tuna melt paninni, whicheas amazing, and my husband had a chicken sandwich, which smelled incredible. I also got a snickers iced coffee which was delicious

Adorable coffee house! I had the avocado toast, it was good but, I'd like to suggest putting an over easy egg under the avocado.

I otherwise really love this place, and it had been highly recommended to me - I live almost an hour from there, and have often met friends who live in W MA halfway there. The drinks are great. The atmosphere is great, and the service otherwise is good, but they, unfortunately, are rude when it comes to seating. The last time I was there, I got there right before a Zoom call I planned to be on, and set up before ordering anything. A staffperson told me I could not sit without ordering something. I said I just had a few minutes till my session, and then just went ahead and quickly ordered. He brought me the tea to my table, which was nice, and explained that they have a lot of people who come in, wanting to use Wifi, and don't order. I saw lots of free tables, but I said - OK, no problem.
A friend and his friend went last night, and reported being asked to be moved several times by staff and finally being treated very rudely by the server, who then ignored them, so they left and went to the Thai restaurant next door. I think Sawdust may need to work on their policies regarding seating if people are feeling that they're being treated rudely.

Coffee was good. The hot sandwiches and wraps were bland and unimpressive.
The chicken for the chicken Ceasar wrap tasted like it came from a can.

Very cool vibe! Great internet cafe with dietary restrictions in mind and a full bar.

If you are looking for somewhere to work during the day, go to Sturbridge Coffee House. The wifi at Sawdust does not work and hasn't since they opened years ago, management is aware of the problem and has not resolved it.
