“I have never seen so many people work at a Dunkin' and be so slow at what they were doing in their jobs. I have seen dunkins with 3 employees bang out faster and better food . 9 people, and I waited 7 minutes for a sandwich. My regular dunks, 3 people, and 3 minutes.“

“I worked here almost 10 years ago with the original owner. After I left, I hadn’t been back in years because I didn’t want to give her my money. Actually went to Stephanie’s across the street because I love the New England coffee. Very appreciate the new owners at Jumbos. I love how they kept most things the same and especially love the coffee. I almost think the coffee tastes better now, lol. The staff are quick and nice and it’s a much better environment now! New owners and employees are killing it!! Have been back twice already and will definitely keep coming back.“

“My husband and I went to the Burlington location today for the first time. The man who helped us was so nice and friendly and made our day. We thought he was the manager but come to find out it was his first day on the job. He was so sweet and nice and made our whole experience!“

“Mochinut donuts was very good and I ordered six donuts It wasn't very loud and I didn't want to leave after we ordered and we got our order back And my favorite mochi donut that they had was the s'mores! Next time we go I will try the cool hot dog flavors or some new mochi donut flavors. They also had a neat little photo op area where you could sit and relax I really like the decor and the atmosphere was awesome! Can't wait to go back.“

“The bagels are supreme. Dunks isn't even in the same league as Dew on bagels. The coffee and prices are about the same, but the food quality and variety of options is vastly superior to dunks. I'm not sure how Dunkin can legally call their product food. The Dew does it right.“

“Best coffee and donuts around in my opinion! Can't beat the pricing either! Good variety of selections for both. They also have other breakfast type items to choose from. As a regular there, I can say those who work there are awesome. The only downside I will say is, it can get really busy there. Which, should just go to show how much people love going there. When it does get busy the parking lot and drive thru can be pretty difficult to get into.“

“Parking: East Main Street in Webster. If you get there early you can find a parking spot. There's about 6 spots in front and about 8 or 10 spots on the side of the building. It's still the best place to go for breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

Kid-friendliness: They allow the kids to take their time when they are looking at the list of items to see what they want. They talk to the kids while they're getting there goodies.

Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk that runs the length of the building has a slight angle at one end for wheelchairs and people like me who walks with a cane to easily make their way up to the door.“

“I didn’t know the place was open. I’ve always driven by there and wanted to stop. I finally stopped in. But donuts are really good however expensive. ice cream they put on the donuts. It’s just basic Walmart ice cream. I was disappointed by that a scoop of Walmart ice cream for 3 to 4 dollars. The donuts were about four dollars each. I tried the mochi ice cream that was good however it’s just frozen mochi ice cream I also like their Vietnamese coffee.

I understand they also have a location in the Worcester Public market along with the waffles.“

“I love being a regular here. The morning staff are the literal best. Brandy is a love who knows her regulars by their orders at a drive thru with no camera. They literally brighten my day with the calls of “good morning, love!”
They are efficient and the food is always good (waffle breakfast sandwich no syrup is the bomb). Coffee is also phenomenal, made with the older style drip coffee pots and man, it NEVER misses.

“Me and my daughter stopped at the donut star today on the way to the orthodontist. The food was delicious, everything was crisp and delicious from the pancake to the homefries. Sausage links were great and so was the eggs. Everything had very good flavor and me and my daughter walked in hungry and left full and happy. I did take this photo but it was after I already started attacking it lol. Great service and very delicious food. Stop down if your in the area

“I used to live right down the street in walking distance of this convenience store with Honey Dew inside. I now live about an hour away,but still stop in when visiting Worcester. Always a pleasure to see the friendly staff here! They are very fast paced & efficient, always courteous, accurate with orders & welcoming. The lines go fast, because they are wonderful at keeping up with customers. I have never had any issues here before. Coffee is always fresh, made how you like it. Many flavors. Also great cappuccino & bakery items such as muffins, donuts, coffee rolls, dew drops & more! Breakfast sandwiches available also. There is also public restrooms inside of Honey Farms (the convenience store that Honey Dew is located inside). You just need to ask Honey Farms staff to use the key first, because they stay locked. Would recommend!“

“The staff working the drive-through should be paid better money because they're so friendly and put up with a lot. If your a bagel you can't mess that up. When they try to sell actual food, sandwiches. They are not built for that type of handling. So, it can be horrible. Keep it Donuts and coffee ☕️“

Other reviewers have noted the frightening level of efficiency here and it is very true. You'll get your order rapidly even if the place is very crowded. At WPI classes end at 10 minutes before the hour, so the best practice is to visit the place in the bottom half of the hour.“

“Solid place! Well worth the stop and a sizable improvement over large chain coffee stores for both food and drip coffee. I got a jalapeno bagel and could taste a pleasant amount of heat. Expanding to espresso options would be one way to improve on a good thing“

“I came in due to the mistake on a delivery order and was immediately met with a kind response. I was immediately told that it would be replaced. If you go to this dunkin, go in the evening the staff on this shift are extremely respectful. The morning shift can be a bit chaotic due to multiple staff speak very little English. It can get very busy due to multiple schools and hospitals being in the immediate area. But I would still recommend 10/10!“

“Love this Dunkin. Has GREATLY improved in the past couple months. The attitude of the crew is much better, it seems they weeded out a lot of negative employees. I used to hear a lot of not work related things going on, and it always used to look like a mess but something has changed for the better. There is two employees who I feel need to be recognized. I’m not sure if there names but one is a younger female I believe with a boyish hair cut, and the other is a taller blonde girl with glasses. These two employees are always alert when I come in and I never have to wait long at the front counter. My one qualm is that they seem to run out of old fashioned donuts early.“

“Went thru the Oxford DD on Sutton Ave as i frequently do. On 5/20/2024, I noticed very polarizing political stickers on the drive thru window. DD needs to take these off, or they may get "Bud Lighted" No stickers should be on their building on any kind, especially divisive political ones.“

“This was in Conway. you could only wish to have a Dunkin like this one. The person in the window was an older man, big smile on this face, very cheery and happy. His attitude seemed almost infectious so you went away with almost the same feelings. Your order was done right and you were on your way.“
