Me and my daughter stopped at the donut star today on the way to the orthodontist. The food was delicious, everything was crisp and delicious from the pancake to the homefries. Sausage links were great and so was the eggs. Everything had very good flavor and me and my daughter walked in hungry and left full and happy. Great little place. Nothing fancy, but a classic 'greasy spoon diner with good coffee, good food, and, most importantly, attentive staff. The old men socializing, the kids getting breakfast with their fathers, and the teens coming in for iced coffee make the ambiance top-notch.

Great food and service... but never freakin open in the morning... been trying to stop there on different days in the past week and not open... like right now its tuesday 6am and they are not open....
