Work in the industrial park and frequent this location. Typically, it’s small stuff like ordering a latte with cold foam and I don’t get any cold foam. But today I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant but instead got four bacon, egg, and cheese wake-up wraps. A lot of food for the money, which is great. But not what I ordered and not what I wanted. Makes no sense. How a bag with the order on it ends up with the wrong items inside.
Always get my coffee right.
Impressively quick & accurate location, considering how busy they are. Workers are always friendly too!

Dunkin' is a brand new location that has quickly become one of the busiest Dunkin' Donuts around. However, customers often experience long waits due to growing pains. The staff is still getting trained, leading to confusion, especially with drink preparation. Some employees are polite, while others display bad attitudes. The aggressive sprinkler system can also be a nuisance for drivers. While the menu is clear, there are complaints about staff consistently asking customers if they want drinks hot or iced, causing frustration. Overall, Dunkin' shows promise but needs to improve service efficiency and employee training to enhance the customer experience.
