Well worth the ride from Keene, NH. The food was yummy and served within a very reasonable time. The place has an old school/cruise night vibe that you just can’t replicate nowadays in today’s world of chain restaurants. Although this was my first time dining here, my daughter, & son-in-law, (with baby grandson) had already been singing it praises—and now I understand why. We had a marvelous meal! So very kid friendly too! My favorite dish, the whole belly clam dinner, was cooked to absolute perfection. I chose a salad with blue cheese and baked beans as my sides, and paired it all with a glass of Merlot. Superb doesn’t even begin to cover it. As for what my husband ordered, I’ll let him speak for himself—but I can say he was very happy with his meal. The charm of Olde Time New England Seafood Company extends well beyond the delicious food. The service was exceptional. The owner, Ed, and his daughter, Jessie, personally welcomed us and even stopped by our table to make sure everything was just right. Their warmth made us feel truly at home. We recently moved to Athol, and Olde Time New England Seafood Company has quickly become a new favorite. We enjoyed a wonderful family meal in a cozy, welcoming atmosphere.
