“This is an amazing old establishment tucked away in the pocket of old Town America, it has a giant backstory with a ton of lore. You may see a ghost, you may get ghosted, but you'll still have a hell of a time. Pool, darts, live music, games available some nights, you may even see some local celebrities... the service is impeccable, servers/ bartenders/ staff are delightful, food is top notch. Whatever your jam, come on down and play it at the Otter River Pub aka the Red Onion aka the Onion aka you'll have a damn good time!”

“The Long Noodle is thee best place around for Chinese food!!! The house lo mien is amazing! No other place can come close to matching them. Plus, the boneless spare ribs are wonderful. They are cooked perfectly!! Chicken wing are great! I recently wanted to try the new place in Winchendon, The Koi.... Chicken wings where under cooked. So gross. Biting into chicken and seeing red.... The boneless spareribs were overcooked and hard to eat. I can go on, but I won't be going back there. Maybe I just had a bad experience there, but I'm a go-to Long Long Noodle person! I have never been disappointed there.They have my 5 stars!!”

“Staff was kind, attentive and eager to please. Food was scrumptious though a bit pricey the taste was worth it! Atmosphere was bright and clean. Could use some soft Spanish instrumental music playing in the background and perhaps some cool Puerto Rican paint art on the walls to make the place appear a little more festive as an added touch. Will be back soon. Highly recommended to others.”

It's a neat little place and the food was really really good the waitress was awesome she was actually the daughter of the owners definitely will go back there don't know the waitresses name but thanks for taking such good care of us. “Colonial Grille is hands down one of the best restaurants in this area. The seafood is always so tasty. We have always had 10/10 meals here. The staff is welcoming and the drinks are great. “1st time trying this place and will absolutely be back! Upon arrival we were greeted and welcomed in by kaliegh, who was also our server. I didn't notice anyone else working the floor or being hostess. She was a rockstar handling all the tables and walk-ins, plus bringing food out. Absolute Rockstar! She was pleasant and worked with a smile on her face the whole time, even while it was so busy. She nailed it. Give that girl a raise! Jeff, the new owner, came by our table and greeted us as well. GREAT guy, great conversation! He and his wife, Denise, own this little gem. We had a good laugh as he thought I was my husband's daughter 🤣. I loved him for that laugh. Food was absolutely amazing, and the price was reasonable and affordable for the amount of great tasting food they give you! I never order home fries or even eat them when we go out because I hate the bland and mushy texture of them, but I read reviews before coming and this place got it right! They were nicely seasoned and hot and crispy. Like French fry crispy! And my omelet was filled with generous portions of steak and cheese and mushrooms. Soooo good! Your chef is a magician *chefs kiss*. I've never walked into 1 place before and loved everything at once....until now. Not a single item was complaint worthy. You've easily become my new favorite place for breakfast dates with my husband, though we will have to try the lunch menu, too! Thanks for a wonderful experience.”

“Olde Time New England Seafood Company is an absolute gem, and I truly can’t say enough good things about it. Although this was my first time dining here, my daughter, & son-in-law, (with baby grandson) had already been singing it praises—and now I understand why. We had a marvelous meal! So very kid friendly too! My favorite dish, the whole belly clam dinner, was cooked to absolute perfection. I chose a salad with blue cheese and baked beans as my sides, and paired it all with a glass of Merlot. Superb doesn’t even begin to cover it. As for what my husband ordered, I’ll let him speak for himself—but I can say he was very happy with his meal. The charm of Olde Time New England Seafood Company extends well beyond the delicious food. The service was exceptional. The owner, Ed, and his daughter, Jessie, personally welcomed us and even stopped by our table to make sure everything was just right. Their warmth made us feel truly at home. We recently moved to Athol, and Olde Time New England Seafood Company has quickly become a new favorite. We enjoyed a wonderful family meal in a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Delicious food, spotless surroundings, and outstanding service—highly recommended!”

“We went this am for Breakfast. It was mine and my son's first time here. no wait to be seated and food came pretty quick. The waitress was very kind. My son had the Red Sox Pancakes, I had the Big Mac Omelette with home fries and my boyfriend had eggs and bacon. I got corn chowder to go and it was extremely yummy! I will be going back.”

“I've been coming to "the chair" for well over 3 years now. Good service, good portions, good value. Sometimes the place is crazy busy. Wait staff are a fun bunch. They know at least my beverage choice when I walk thru the door. Gluten free bread is hit-n-miss, but I can usually work around it. Though this is trivial, I did want to say that I really enjoyed their Christmas decorations this year; much more than last year. Sadly, though - they took them all down 2 days after! To me, that holiday, festive spirit should last thru at least New Years! So, my only recommendation is to decorate your diner for many of the holidays throughout the year & to keep them up for awhile longer!”
