“Can't argue with a $28 steamed lobster special! The lobster was delicious, and our waitress Kaylee had a great personality. We also had seafood chowder which was very good. In the "needs improvement" category, the baked potato was way, way overcooked, and also, please work harder to eliminate all the flies buzzing around inside the restaurant. Still, this was a solid 4-star experience, well worth trying.”
“My family loves the red apple farm. The only complaint I have is the brew barn is constantly infested with the medium sized black flys. This is an ongoing problem and I’m sure if they have ever hired a professional to get rid of them but feel they probably should at this point. In the summer they leave the doors open and that’s how the flys must enter the building but even with the doors shut in the fall the flys are still all over the brew barn in the hundreds. It is really bad but the food is fabulous and the vibe is great. We typically eat our food outside if the weather permits it due to the flys.”
