“Great Wall is a few doors up from another Chinese restaurant and an Irish pub - interesting location. It has that hole in the wall look and feel like many other American Chinese food places that do primarily takeouts with a few booths/tables inside. However, the food was EXCELLENT. Not too salty, piping hot, very well seasoned.I got two dishes to go:- Beef Chow Mein: their version is beef in a clear garlic sauce with onions and bean sprouts, with a tiny bag of fried noodle sticks (similar to mein gon - look it up). It was a bit watery, but very tasty.- House Lo Mein: this was very good! You get roast pork, chicken, shrimp, and veggies in this version. Soft noodles that’s not too soft. The owner’s children were in front, with the older daughter taking my order then giving it to me when ready. Very polite. I know many friends who grew up in their parents’ shops and restaurants like they, and appreciate how these hard-working families work to run a family business.I will definitely be back to Great Wall very soon.“

“This place is one of my favorites! The atmosphere is beautifully decorated, calm and you are always greeted with a smile. I love the layout of the building, easy access to everything, and beautiful views. The parking lot is massive so don't worry about a parking spot! They have animals, live music and a place for kids to play. The food and beer is sincerely my favorite of all time. Last night I ordered Italian wedding soup, their own grassfed beef, cheesy garlic sticks brick oven pizza and french fries. I also ordered a sour blueberry beer, it is such a beautiful exsperience. All of the food is 10 out of 10. Come here off season and you will be pleased. Spring summer and fall they have events throughout the year that has over 250 people flooding the parking lot and the streets of barre. It is definitely an icon in this little town.“

“Olde Time New England Seafood Company is an absolute gem, and I can't say enough good things about it. I've dined here many times, and I've never had a bad meal. In fact, it's become a beloved tradition, as it's my husband's first choice for his birthday dinner. One of our favorite dishes to share is the bucket of steamers, and it's always a hit. They're cooked to perfection, and there's something so satisfying about enjoying them together. While I typically go for the prime rib, my husband often opts for the chicken nuggets and haddock. It's a testament to the menu's diversity - there's something for everyone. The charm of Olde New England Seafood Company extends beyond the delicious food. The restaurant may be small, but it's incredibly clean and well-maintained. The service, however, is where this place truly shines. The staff is top-notch, offering attentive and friendly service that makes you feel well taken care of. In a town like Athol, Olde Time New England Seafood Company stands out as my favorite restaurant. It's a place where you can enjoy a wonderful meal, be it seafood or prime rib, in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. If you're looking for a place that combines great food, cleanliness, and exceptional service, this is the place to go. It never disappoints!“

“Sorentos pizzas is a rustic pizza shop and it's one of the pizza shops you don't mind sitting down to eat cause their pizzas smell absolutely devourable coming off hot straight from the brick oven. The usually orders either a small Hawaiian or margarita. When I go to Sorentos I know what I'm getting, fresh, warm, perfectly cooked goodness, the cheese isn't greesy like most pizza places over cooking their pizza with the foamy crust (not sorentos).from my experience with ordering their usually fast getting to the house and even faster in-store. probably the best pizza in the world“

“Sent an email to corporate already, not one to go right to Social Media… Subject: Disappointment Regarding Menu Change at 110 Grill in Athol Dear Corporate Office of 110 Grill, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent menu change at your Athol location, particularly in reference to the alteration made to the hot honey chicken sandwich. While I must commend the exemplary food and service experienced during my recent visit, the shift in menu offerings has left much to be desired. As a patron who had only recently discovered the delights of 110 Grill, thanks to recommendations from colleagues at Athol Elementary School, the hot honey chicken sandwich quickly became a standout favorite. The allure of this dish was not solely in its flavor profile but in the meticulous attention to detail, notably the pairing of the delectable hot honey chicken with the perfection of a pretzel bun. The marriage of flavors and textures was a culinary delight that set your establishment apart from the ordinary. However, the recent substitution of the pretzel bun with a common potato roll has resulted in a palpable decline in the sandwich's overall quality. The disappointment that ensued was not only personal but also shared by my colleagues, who were equally dismayed by the change. As an educator responsible for a team of dedicated individuals, I can attest to the impact that such alterations can have on morale and camaraderie within the workplace. I urge you to reconsider this menu modification and, if possible, reinstate the pretzel bun as an option. By retaining premium offerings that distinguish 110 Grill from its competitors, you can continue to appeal to discerning customers like myself and foster a sense of loyalty among your clientele. If you would like to further discuss this matter, I am available via email or at 978-413-****. Your attention to this concern is greatly appreciated, and I look forward to a resolution that preserves the exceptional dining experience that 110 Grill is known for.“

“I have loved the Thanksgiving toasted for years.
Ever since they merged over to Papa Ginos, they forget it EVERY single time. I've come to a point where I stopped ordering it, due to the negligence of not getting the gravy. It does seem like a silly thing but it really makes the sandwich complete.
Other than that it has been great.“
