This was my second Saturday night stopping at Dunkin’ Donuts after work to grab a coffee and a sandwich. The same lady was working, her name is Darlene. She was the only employee behind the counter. She was doing drive-through and the front counter. She was not frazzled, pleasant and a smile on your face. She was very quick to take my order, and the coffee was very fresh and hot. Last Saturday night I went to Dunkin’ Donuts located in the Circle K located on Andover Street in Tewksbury. I had a nice lady waiting on me and she was very nice and helpful. I went there before in the morning and half of them don’t even know what they’re doing. Whoever owns this franchise you should get more older people didn’t know what they’re doing nothing as young ones they don’t care. I order a iced coffee, Large hot coffee with 4 Carmel no milk two equals and 3 order of hash browns. Woman at register was extremely nice n quick n efficient to process my order. I ask for her name. She proceeded to tell me Darlene and that it was her second day of working and she was in training. I was very empress!!!!! Must hire more people like Darlene. Will return!!!
