“Bowling was fun! The actual bowling alley aspect was really great, we played for 2 hours and had a blast. We also had some food and drinks that were slightly better than your average bowling alley food. The arcade section was a little run-down - a lot of the games were broken (or partially broken) and clearly hadn't been attended to. We still had fun playing, and collecting our little prizes at the end. The prize selection was pretty good also!“
“Our family would like to express a huge thank you to Wamesit Lanes for hosting a Sensory Free Day this afternoon. Liam had an amazing time and the organization and helpfulness of your staff could not be overstated. This was a really special thing you did and it was genuinely appreciated!! ???“
“Great dining option in downtown lowell. This restaurant hosts a traditional Irish pub theme and takes you away from the city bustle. Their menu has burgers, cottage pie, bangers and mash and more. They also have weekly specials so always worth a return trip. Their bar has a great selection of drinks and of course, plenty of whiskey. Pricing is average for a night out and close to parking garage.“
“We loved it! Great menu, so many good options at crazy good prices. Fantastic wall of hot sauces. Fun atmosphere, sat at high top in bar area. Many TVs, including one at each table, but not overwhelming. Just a little tricky to get to! Not connected to the redstone plaza (we ended up parking in cvs side lot and climbing over a little embankment to get there!). Will definitely return.“
“The food is excellent! We have been completely been won over by Hanley's. Nachos, grilled chicken sandwich, burgers, steak tips, baked haddock and the steak and cheese all delicious! Our bartender Jessica has been very attentive, and makes a great drink. She makes us feel very at home. The shift brings Jen. She provides excellent service as well. With Chef Brian in the kitchen cooking, we're never disappointed! They have Keno and plenty of TVs tuned in to various types of sports. We have seen two bands there. One of them (Half Price Whiskey is their name) was excellent and we would see them again. Their prices don't break the bank. Hanley's is a fantastic addition to Billerica.“
“This was our last resort for food as it was approaching 11 o’clock. We tried a few other places and they all closed their kitchen early. When we walked in, I wasn’t too sure of the place. It has a dive bar Vibe, which I’m totally cool with, but wasn’t sure how my wife and Mom were feeling about it. We ordered chicken fingers, Buffalo Chicken Eggrolls, French fries and a burger. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend! Staff was helpful, the owner was cooking and he was great to talk to.“
“My family and I went for food and bowling in a Sunday afternoon. Bowling was super busy so we ate first on the dining side. Apps and drinks were great. Once we moved over to bowl, our server was Alana. She was attentive and had a great personality. We even let her hold our baby because everyone loves babies! We will be back soon!“
“Sometimes you just want a full turkey dinner and in those moments the restaurant is always there to have your back.Service is usually pretty fast since you just go up to the counter. Prices are reasonable for the large quantities you get. It's very close to a big free municipal lot which is great. Also note that on weekends they only serve breakfast.Parking: Large municipal lot“
“First time there. Pros... Cool atmosphere; Cons...Extremely loud. Service outstanding. Appetizer tasty but way too greasy. Main entrees- was ok/great... large portions. I wouldn't get the same meal again hence the ok, my husband loved his meal hence the great. Cost on the bit higher side. It's a good 1st time try something different place.“
“No glitz and glam, simple place, good food. Plenty of parking, inside and outside is a little outdated. But the food did not disappoint, the steak was cooked to my liking and flavorful. Also got a burger (not pictured) but it was HUGE and nice and juicy. Plenty of TVs, pool table, keno and scratch ticket machines! It was my first time there and everyone seemed like regulars, so customers and servers were super friendly. Very chill vibe and great place to grab a drink after work.“
“Great place for a fun night out! At A-Brews, you can enjoy delicious food and drinks with friends while also supporting local schools from around the area. I have only ever attended the Thursday night, "meat bingo" events, so far. I love that money raised goes right back to the schools, and I even won a fantastic package myself!!!!#RecommendedParking: Plenty of free parking available. A-Brews is on the end of a strip mall with parking directly in front as well as along the side of the building.“
“We arrived about 2pm on a weekday, as we missed any lunch rush and were meet by a server who opened the door and greeted us and we where seated promptly. The space is open and colorful. The indoor landscape was spotted with small aquariums that appeared greenish and needy cleaning, but other than that the dining area was clean and inviting. (My lovely dining partner explained it was the "Not Average Joes" room and fixtures with bamboo and the little aquariums added- plus a set of triple Buddhas and a colorful Asian themed mural - so they tried.) Our server appeared unable to answer a question I had about the Pho noodles and what came with them, but quickly found someone to help. In a reasonable amount of time my question was answered that the Pho dishes came with the traditional Thai Basil and Lime, but they didn't have a any bean sprouts. It was finally clarified that bean sprouts come with but they were out. (It may be time for a manager to run to Market Basket). But, if that's the worst thing I won't hold it against them and try again. Pho wasn't bad. It was "Your Average Pho'"“
“Brought family Sunday. Food was A+ our server was so cheerful we felt we have known her all our lives. Lost one of our old hang outs and now we have a new one. Love the pub atmosphere and how cozy it is. A place where you are their most important product. Make sure you are really hungry their portions are big enough that we all had doggie bags. We highly recommend this as family rated. Bar tender is great. Made me a "Perfect Manhattan" 5*. Walter & Vicki D“
“Great ambiance. Owners are onsite and extremely down to earth. Beer is cheap! If you play Keno...play at Chuck's! Patrons are friendly. All bartenders are friendly and talented! Try Chuck's Tavern in Methuen MA you won't be disappointed!“
“Wheelchair accessibility: There is full wheelchair accessibility into the place and at least 2 maybe 3 spots right outside the door, I'm just not sure if it's accessible to get all the way up to the bar level. I know about these things very well because my dad was patalyzed in a motorcycle accident 23 yrs ago so we keep good tabs on accessibility at all places close to home“
“It's one of the best sport bars in the area. Plenty of beer variety, a long bar, enough TVs to watch every game, nice staff, and pretty good food. I highly recommend the blackened fish sandwich. There's also plenty of space and high ceilings, so it feels relaxing to leave the house for an hour or two and simply enjoy the atmosphere.“
“Better than you would expect from the location. The back patio is a nice scene for a sunny afternoon or nice night to be outside. They have keno which is a plus if you like that. Downside/upside depending on what you are looking for is it is a very local scene and people can be chatty (everyone has their own opinion on that). Daytime until 7 vibe is older crowd... the nighttime is very much a younger crowd.“
“The menu boasts an exciting variety of seasonal dishes, alongside classic pub fare. Enjoy juicy burgers, fresh seafood, or creative takes on comfort food. Don't miss their inviting outdoor patio, complete with a fireplace and cozy seating, perfect for enjoying a drink and conversation during the warmer months.Tavern in the Square takes pride in being a reflection of the Lowell community. They offer a vibrant space for locals to connect, unwind, and indulge in good food and drinks. With their friendly service and commitment to quality, Tavern in the Square is sure to become your go-to spot for any occasion.“
“Stopped in twice while in on business. Place is nice. The best table I found in the area. Hard to find a room with full sized Diamond tables. Staff was great and the owner was very nice to chat with. Would recommend to any avid pool player in the area.“
“Popular locals spot in Chelmsford center. Plenty of parking around. Nice outdoor porch with tvs. Inside feels cramped with tvs covering every inch of open space. Horseshoe bar in the middle. Waitress was great - attentive and accomidating. Like its older sibling in North Chelmsford, the Center Brickhouse has great, classic pizza with a sweet sauce that pairs well any toppings. We ordered the buffalo chicken pizza. Simply a cheese pizza with chicken tenders that were tossed in buffalo sauce. Blue cheese comes on the side. Personal favorite of mine.“
“I need to say this! We attended a family event at Rj's on Sunday. This was my first time visiting this place. The service was top notch!I don't know how the two bartenders kept up with all of us. The tables were kept spotless not and empty glass or plate was left unattended. The food was quick and never cold.Thank you Rj, Kara, Jill, and Ed! You made the event great!“
“We are from upstate NY and were visiting Salem. We decided to drive to go have dinner. It wasn't busy, staff was friendly and kind, they seemed short staffed but hustled and bustled to make sure you had what you need, clean restaurant, fresh food!... If I lived closer, it would be a frequent place we'd dine.... Ooh and they had wonton chicken tacos. Ours had been taken off the menu. Made my night! ?“
