I've eaten A LOT of pizza in my day as a heavy set pizza loving man. And I've got to say osteria is my familys favorite!
A short and simple menu. Always a sign of people who know what they make well, and refuse to sacrifice quality for quantity.
I've traveled following Barstools top pizzas reviews and osteria beats each out of them out of the park.
This ain't your sloppy greasy Greek football pizza. This is a artinisal masterpiece of flavors wadeing over your tongue.
The sauce 10/10
The cheese 9/10 - for a pepperoni pie we like getting extra cheese.
The curst 10/10
The margarita pizza is the best I've had. The sausage pepper and onion pizza was absolutely out of this world and cooked to perfection. We're working our way down the menu and haven't had anything we didn't like yet.
Haven't had a bad pie from them yet!
We order pizzas well done to get a better crunch, and that forever changed my perception of what a good pizza is. The staff is also really nice and welcoming and definitely gives a family vibe.
As long as they're still here We'll be coming here for years to come for sure!
Hands down, THE best pizza in the Rowley area.
Place writes itself up as 'authentic Italian pizza'. Must be a joke. Ordered a Margherita pizza, was the second worst pizza I've ever had, and certainly was not authentic, lol.
It's so sad that people have to be so mean spiteful, even hateful on their 1 star reviews like they think they are Michelin judges. This is Italian style pizza, so if you're looking for the undercooked gummy pizza dough, vaffanculo and keep your hate away. I had a pizza here for the first time. Excellent crust, fresh ingredients.
Well, nice service, but in how it tastes, we won't go back. And menu options to suit our family's tastes compared with others are limited. But this is a personal perception.
Nice pizza, been several times and will go again.
Drove by it a million times and finally stopped in. Great food literally the best pizza I ever had. Now my go to pizza shop.
People working there are very nice and make you feel welcome.
Great slice of pizza. I was surprised how good it was. No problem parking on the streets.

Very disappointed. Honestly like a pizza I would make myself at home from supermarket dough. The sauce was good. Seemed like it was undercooked. One 3 topping pizza for $23!

Nice Mom & Pop style pizza ? restaurant on Rt.1 north of the fair grounds. We dined in and enjoyed a glass of wine and beer w a very tasty pepperoni pie. We could see that their carry out business was hopping from our table in the dining area. The service was friendly and attentive.
Kid-friendliness: Looks like a good place for a family or team get-together.

Okay I've been planning to go here for a while. I'm new to the North shore and I've been looking for a good pizza / Sub shop. I won't say I have had any bad pizzas, just disappointing.I judge all pizza restaurants by the meatball subs. If the meatball sub is no good there's no sense in my eating the pizza. So I went to, hopefully, encounter a good meatball sub. It's simply decorated and the menu isn't overly complicated with wine by the glass.Hallelujah! it did not disappoint! There wasn't too much sauce, which is one of my pet peeves I don't like a soggy meatball sub. The meatballs were whole. Another one of my pet peeves? When they cut up the meatballs. They're called meatballs not meat pieces. The size was good. None of those dinky little meatballs. They were bun size and abundant. I had mine topped with provolone, although it seemed weird that the other cheese option was American.I really enjoyed it. One thing I would have liked was to pop that sub into the wood fired oven just to crisp the outer part of the grinder roll. So now I am looking forward to a pizza. Probably pepperoni.Sorry no pictures. I ate it with a tossed salad. So give it a go, it's delicious and easy on the wallet.
