“I have been served by Curti and his wife, Kelly, for years now at both their Tyngsboro location and former location in Lowell. I can’t say enough great things about the level of service and the food at this establishment. I was missing it so much when they were closed for renovations and I am thrilled to see them open again. Curti has always been so kind to me and has gone above and beyond with his generosity. I will never forget the time, many years ago, I showed up to Honey Dew with a terrible cold and he sent me home with a chamomile tea, on the house, because he told me it would restore me. He was right and I will always support a business that cares about their customers as human beings. If I can recommend anything, the egg and cheese croissant is my favorite breakfast sandwich in the area. In my opinion, it’s better than that of any restaurant or diner. Thank you, Curti for being such a wonderful person. You deserve all the success in the world!“

“I don't know who took over this store, but thank God they did. For the first time in 6 months, they finally put cream ON the bagel when I ordered it that way. I just assumed that they didn't do that anymore because it NEVER in 6 months came that way. I know this is intensely dramatic, but I don't care because they are finally paying attention to the details, and it matters.“

“I tried a Wednesday Night Dinner for the first time and they hit it out of the park. Stuffed pork tenderloin, butternut squash, spinach salad and Parker House rolls. Dessert was their delicious cookies. Generous portions. Reminded me of Mom's Sunday dinners.“

“I had the hot Cheetos rice dog and my 11 year daughter and niece each had a rice dog. Yummy. We also purchased 6 different flavors of mochi donuts. So good. The kids can not wait to go back . Definitely worth the 30 minute drive each way.“

“Came in to DD on Central St, the man was very helpful and explained everything to me I Inquired about, however, I noticed immediately the place was immaculate and this is the first time I have encountered that at this DD. These gentlemen were so accommodating and friendly and I totally appreciate it big time

“The only reason I'm giving it mid for atmosphere it's gas station it's not a restaurant and I'm reluctant to give this review at all because this is one of my favorite spots to grab coffee in the morning with a 2 to 3 minute wait at most unlike the dunks down the road where it can be 20 minutes just walking in the door. I can get my coffee and breakfast before my tank's done filling level quick The staff is fantastic I absolutely adore them“

“I've been to almost all of the DD's locations in the Merrimack/Nashua area. This location is by far the best managed and the most cleanest location around. The employees there know how to do their job. They talk less and work more which means everyone gets their order quickly and correct. Literally act like they are on a mission to serve your order. I didn't realize how good this location is till i visited other locations. Far more enjoyable experience!“

“Picture this: New Year’s Day. I’m surrounded by hungover individuals at my friend’s house (I was the DD all night). I must brave the cold walk to my car if I want to take a shower. As I am driving down the road, I see the sparkling oasis of THE Amherst Dunkin' Donuts. I am greeted at the microphone with arguably the best experience I have EVER had:

“SALUTATIONS! YOUR DUNKIN EXPERIENCE AWAITS!”

Now- I’ve been told to wait before. I’ve worked in customer service, so I get it. But this guy knows show business. He had that sparkle, that passion for customer service you only see once in a blue moon.

We are off to a fantastic start. I order a refresher and an old fashioned donut. Side note, my refresher is PERFECT. I am aware my donut choice is not for everyone, but this guy knew how to commit to the bit,

Listen, I’m already cracking up. I can barely hold it together. I drive up to the window, expecting to meet some sort of riddle master who wants to bargain for my first born. Get this guy a freaking award! In fact, make him audition for SNL.

I am greeted with the sweetest man who takes my card and gives me my food. It was not the same guy who took my order, as he was a bit more subdued in nature, but it is clear this crew works seamlessly together. I am pleased as punch to start the new year off so whimsically!
