We have been here twice. The first time we ordered squash blossoms, pasta with ragu, and a pasta with shrimp. That experience was very good all around. Which is why we were looking forward to coming back. This time the food missed the mark. Flavor strangely lacking with the pasta. And Agree with a previous reviewer whose party didn’t like the eggplant. Soggy, almost gelatinous, thick overcooked (maybe frozen and reheated?) eggplant. Maybe offer Parmesan with the pasta dishes...
Spaghetti Carbonera - you get a pile of noodles with what can only be described as Chef Boyardi’s finest no meat sauce. And Some bread.
Honestly the 2 Heinekans I had with dinner were the only redeemable aspects.
$60 total with tip.
Totally not homemade.
Better off with a $12 burger elsewhere.

Fabulous food, terrible service. We go out to dinner a lot and I work in the service industry and this was some of the worst service I have ever had. Our server spoke down to us, rushed us through our meal, was frustrated when we asked questions about wine notes, and she argued the use of multiple credit cards to pay the bill, even raising her voice and insisting we pay differently. We walked out saying we’ll never go back because of our experience with our server.
