“For those that read about the problems with family dough pizza and choose not to go back, give them another chance. We’ve been picking our pizza usually but yesterday i felt like having it delivered and didn’t want to go out. I called for delivery at 2:30 yesterday and the young female owner said we don’t have a driver until 4:30. I said ok thank you and hung up. I was going to call back and go get it but I didn’t have a chance. The young woman called me back and said one of the cooks offered to deliver my order. So I placed it and he came. I thought that was really really nice of her because no other place would’ve done that. yes, if you went there once, and had a bad experience, please give them another chance. I won’t get my pizza anywhere else because it’s absolutely delicious! Everything we have gotten from that has been great! They are well worth“

They delivered 1 extra pepperoni pizza. I called to tell them and they said they already made another pizza and said to keep it. There’s another pizza shop up the road towards the center that Miss delivered something came to pick it up an hour later and wanted to charge me because the kids ate a few wings. “We have been searching for good pizza for the longest time. On a recommendation we tried Papivivi. After a conversation with Sam it’s obvious the pride he takes in his craft. I expected the pizza to be good but it blew away any expectation. Hands down. Down down. The best pizza around. Phenomenal.“

“I've never left a google review in my life but I cannot speak more highly of this place.

I made a big mistake about a catering order I placed 2 hours before an event that my nonprofit was holding. I spoke to who I assume was the owner of the restaurant and he was SO kind and accommodating. He created a catering order for me that he knew would feed the amount of guests at the event and due to my confusion (which was entirely my fault), without hesitation he offered to have it delivered to the event even though the restaurant does not deliver. I am certain that the amount of food definitely cost more than the amount that he charged me. He also offered to throw in free cookies after I shared we are a nonprofit. Not only was all of his kindness greatly appreciated by our organization but after the event ended, multiple attendees expressed how delicious the food was. One asked where the chicken alfredo was from so they could go get some themselves!! We have never received a post-event email about the food before!!

“500 Ocean is a beautiful property with some amazing amenities. It is in a great location, surrounded by ocean views, restaurants and very accessible to the T, literally right below the building. My husband and I had a great experience living here and had rarely any issues. The main issue we had at move-in was addressed and we were even offered a small gift for the inconvenience. I love the maintenance staff and they are always so pleasant and helpful. One of my favorite parts of living here was having an in-house fitness coach/ personal trainer- Cienna Jade! She is so amazing to work with and has really helped me along my fitness journey. It was so convenient having her come to the 500 Ocean gym, which is one of the best gyms I've seen in an apartment home. She conducts 1 on 1 sessions and will literally work with you on scheduling a time that's convenient for you as well as offering group or couple sessions! Overall, very pleasant experience!“

“I am a self-proclaimed pizza snob and generally only enjoy NY-style pizza, but Royal Pizza & Subs makes an excellent pizza that rivals what I grew up eating. The sauce was perfectly seasoned, the sauce-to-cheese ratio was ideal, and the pepperoni was high quality. The medium-thickness crust was slightly different from NY-style pizza, but so delicious that I didn’t mind one bit! (It was a bit softer and chewier than what I’m used to, and I didn’t notice any semolina flour on the bottom.) My spouse doesn’t usually eat the crust, but we both finished every last bit of our slices! The pizza was a little greasy because of the generous portion of pepperoni, but who would complain about that?! Nothing a few napkins can’t fix!

The staff were super friendly and the service was great: our pizza was ready so quickly! The prices were also extremely reasonable for the amount and quality of food. I am so happy that this restaurant is so close to home: it’s going to become a regular place for us to eat at! “Favorite new pizza spot of the area!! Has the traditional style of New London style pizza, slightly greasy but not overly so, fresh baked, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. Highly recommend the mushroom and hamburger pizza, as well as the Greek style. While they may not have the Wood-Fired pizza options that you might get at some other pizza places in Cambridge, you get really traditional Pizza. That is just really tasty and a really good value.

Also, while they are on delivery apps, always try to go in person if you were in the neighborhood as it is hard work to be a pizza place in this city!“

“Really good sandwiches! The panini and fries combo was MASSIVE and super good. Honestly, it’s like the most food in a sandwich and fries combo that I maybe have ever been given. The kids also enjoyed their pizza (which the cooks were enough to customize for them with pesto instead of red sauce).
