The problem with this know that you went up on your coffee prices and that is why everyone is going to county kichten because they do not go up in there prices and I heard everyone is not happy and you people have more money and you do not know what to do with it. And the people who work there do not listen to the customers and they still don't understand anything you need people that can speak our language

HORRIBLE ! Ordered a hott latte and got a disgusting "iced" when it was warm, ordered a croissant toasted with butter ON IT and they gave me a croissant with frozen butter on the side, like seriously ?! So the next morning I go there to get 4 munchkin and a coke and think how can they mess this up ? Took a sip outta my coke and it's flat and I look at the date and it expired a MONTH ago!!! HORRIBLE customer service drive thru VERY rude!
