We visited for the first time recently and had a mixed experience. We were quoted a 15–20 minute wait, but it ended up taking over 40 minutes and a couple of follow-ups to be seated. Unfortunately, the Margherita pizza arrived lukewarm, which was disappointing for a brick-oven spot. While the spinach and artichoke dip was flavorful, the flatbread served with it was quite oily. The team seemed understaffed and was struggling to keep up with the crowd. That said, I’m willing...
The food was very good, typical Bertucci's quality. It was cold outside so we asked to sit away from the door so were seated near the kitchen which ended up being pretty noisy, however, it did not take away from a good time with family.
