The food is absolutely amazing and 100% worth your money. The portions on everything are huge, even the salads. We came when there was nobody else in the restaurant, and we got our food within 15 minutes of ordering it. My only complaint is that the floors at my table were sticky.
Lately I’ve been traveling to Waltham for work and been coming here for much trying different things on the menu. The food and service is amazing. Marty at the register always has my mobile order hot and ready ! Thank you marty
BEST BERTUCCIS!! The manager (Marty) and hostess (Leslie) took excellent care of us! We hit a bit of a snafu with a takeout order (my fault completely - I dropped our pizza when we got home). I called back, Leslie expressed her sympathy and promised to put our order in and have it ready asap. It was ready before we got there within 10 minutes. Marty came out to say hello and that was sorry to hear about my pizza travesty (again - 100% my fault).
