Hadn’t been to a Bertucci’s in a while but this location felt a lot let Italian/semi-fancy and more like any other chain casual restaurant such as Apple Bees, Olive Garden, etc. However, our food was pretty good and felt slightly more homemade than you might get at larger chains.

I had such a great experience with Bertucci’s in Waltham! From the very beginning, when I called to place my order, I was helped by Marthy, and he was absolutely wonderful.
