I never post reviews but this was legit the worst takeaway I’ve ever had. Chicken so so dry - the 1/2 rotisserie I couldn’t even cut it was so hard. The sauces were good but the 2 I ordered were just in the food container.. so they were all mixed together. Idk about the service cuz it was takeaway, I’m sure they are hardworking and kind but honestly people should know about how terrible it is before spending their money which is why I’m leaving a review.

Used to be better but now has only 1 worker, no meatloaf and only offers apple juice and water. Wait times are upward of 30 minutes and although there is only one worker the workers are very

Doesn’t feel like a Boston Market chain. Food packaged in unofficial containers. Looks run down. Lots of substitutions for items ordered but

This is the WORST location. They are out of everything....no rest rooms....no inside seating....most of the food wasn't hot.....cornbread was stale....patio trash overflowing and attracting flies and bees.....a total disappointment!!!!!

I like them but they tend to give me recooked chicken thighs which are not fresh!! I have pleaded with them to give me fresh chicken thighs but to no avail and yet i like their food and am regular customer, who is always very well treated with even a Senior Citizen discount, when ever i buy food there!! When the chicken is fresh, its marvellous!!

Very disappointing. This location does not have most of the items on the menu published on the website. Portions are small. Mashed Potatoes were definitely instant. Green beans tasted like they had been cooked in tea water.

What little food they had there sucked. Out of almost everything. Don't even know why I went there. The lady working there was nice tho!

Updated review April 2023:Ordered the meatloaf family meal and the brownies family size. They didn't even have any brownies and claimed they couldn't refund us for an online order...The broccoli was terrible and the meatloaf was worse than in the past though still okay. They didn't even have serving containers- everything was served in coffee cups, lol. Gravy, broccoli, mashed potatoes all in coffee cups. Also noticed they were out of multiple other things, not just brownies- even chicken! Not sure who's running this place but they don't seem to be doing much...Will not be returning.Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans, and gravy were good. Mac and cheese was okay. We'll likely get take out here again in the future.

First, I arrived here at 8 PM on a Sunday to a locked door despite being able to see staff inside (and a door sign that said it was open until 9 PM). I knocked multiple times, at which point a staff member opened the door and appeared confused about why I was there, and unable to communicate clearly about why the doors were locked. She closed the door slowly in my face and locked the door again.Following this, I placed an order online for pick up (as I could see them fulfilling pickup & delivery orders). Minutes later, I knocked again and pointed to where my order was on their board. They then assembled my order, but with meatloaf instead of the chicken I ordered, at which point I was informed that Boston Market, a chicken restaurant, had no chicken, so they would need me to accept meatloaf instead. I asked them to cancel the order instead, and now nearly a week later I see that the charge was not reversed. So they were unable to fill my order, and charged me for it.

Horrible restaurant, ALWAYS closes early but never updates their info or their signs of anything at all. I placed an expensive order online, no indication they were even close to being closed. Show up, I can see the order on the screen but the lights are partially off and the doors are locked. People inside see me knocking and just wave me away and turn off all the lights. Wasted a gift card and money I could not afford to lose. No food. Could have gone elsewhere but didn’t because THEYRE SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN. But nope, why would they bother updating their hours or cutting off online orders if they’re closed? Who cares about stealing money from customers who only eat there because they don’t have much to spend? AWFUL location.

If I wanted to get hospital quality food I would’ve admitted myself to Boston Medical.Used to be my favorite place now everything is disgusting.

Delicious no complaints. The older gentleman with the glasses was alone on New Years Eve he handled everything professionally and very organized. It took some time but he was only one person doing everything. Will definitely come back!
