Today, as is often the case here , I had to get the staffs attention in the back room to get service. You often have to yell.
I ordered a tea. I then went to talk to a friend. The staff yelled "tea" a few times. I yelled back "in a minute you will have to wait like we always have to". Ive had a bk cravin lately ive stopped at 4 different one's in a month and they all screwd up my order I know ur employees are not from around here but since when dose a chicken parm have lettuces tom n ketchup on it....along with sauce and cheese. ???
