Was a little skeptical going the buf chick salad route this time at carls… boy was I wrong. That buf chick salad is on a different planet, honestly unfair to the competition. Lettuce was no doubt in the ground a day ago, have never had fresher lettuce in my life. Enough chicken to feed the cavalry you can put half on the salad and save the rest for tomorrow. Gonna be my new go to when ever I need a little somethin somethin quick and easy. Well done Carl, well played.
My wife and I tried cheesesteaks from here for the first time. We live on the North Shore of MA but we had heard that these cheesesteaks are the best in the Boston area. We were not disappointed! We’ve had many cheesesteaks in Philly over the years and this was better than at least half of them. Beef quality and rolls were perfect. Highly recommended. Take note there are only a few street parking spots available and so visiting during busy times could be challenging to find...
We saw Carl's on TV. We had to go up to Waltham and decided to try it because it was 10 minutes from our stop. We are glad we decided to go. The steak and cheese sandwich was delicious . We will definitely go again our next visit to Waltham.
