My daughter loves this place. She would give it six out of five stars. I think the food's pretty good and fresh but the atmosphere is only a tiny step up from a McDonald's

This location is my friend and I's all-time favorite location, but i will say, our last experience here had some inconsistencies to it. The portion was way under par and was something to truly complain about. Instead of the normal tin lips to the bowls, they were using aluminum foil because they ran out of the covers. i couldn't shake my bowl due to this. And finally, almost every time we come here, the food I get is cooked to perfection, but on this occasion, the chicken was extremely salty and was almost inedible. I am still proud to call this place my second home. I would just prefer that next time, these inconsistencies don't happen. Love you chipotle waltham!!

I travel for work and stop at Chipotle often. The food is good but the portions are far less than what they are supposed to be. Go to a different location.

The food is generally good most of the time. However, there was one instance when my burrito was poorly made by an employee who was distracted, talking to a coworker while preparing it. The burrito fell apart, and all the contents had to be transferred to another tortilla... The size of the burrito also varies, with it being a little small sometimes. Still, it's usually a reliable spot for a quick good meal !

No apologies for not having product. 2nd location that I had to come to tonight because the first one a.)always out of things b.) had a sign saying only completing online orders. Not to mention the location we don’t go to at all because it’s always filthy, slow, and under portioned. Wow… chipotle .. do better.
