Probably the worst chipotle out there in all of middlesex. The food was mediocre, chicken was poorly seasoned, rice was frozen cold. service was the worst I’ve ever gotten. I honestly wish there was a negative review option because of how bad it was. the employee serving the food had his hat down and did not look up whatsoever, not even to ask what I wanted and also put 1/4 the amount of chicken that’s supposed to be in the bowl.

They chipotle keep everything ready and fresh so they can serve customers without missing out anything. I have been many chipotles, and they are always out of something. But this is exceptional in my case.

I just went in and service was quick and efficient. They had all the ingredients and were not scraping the bottom of the trays. They were low on brown rice, but very quickly had a fresh batch. This was a better experience than the Watertown location, which is 10 minutes closer. I purposely drove to this location due to the bad service at the other.

The ingredients for a burrito bowl looked awful, tonight! I like mostly veggies and asked the manager if he had a fresh batch of the pepper/onion mix and indicated to him that the ones that were on display looked terrible (over cooked, limp, sitting in a watery substance.) I was told no and that they had been cooked within the hour. I've been to many Chipotle's and this is the worst- by a a mile! Rude management and unappetizing food.
