Had dinner with a good friend last night. Not particularly busy for a Friday night, but I just had to pop on and give a huge kudos to the whole experience. Our server, Nancy, led the night with a smile, appeared just when we needed her to, and engaged in some great conversation. (Seriously, she offered a refreshing take on food service. Such a delight!)

ZERO because of the BARTENDER with curly BLACK HAIR who wears shorts!
Went there on Friday night and sat at the bar, ordered a margarita and asked for a diner menu which the bartender gave me with my drink. 40 minutes passed and a couple who had arrived within seconds of me and sat at the bar were nearly finishing their dinner after their drinks. But Mr. CURLY had not even taken my food order after 40 minutes. I was disgusted, so got up and left.
